On 13 October 2007, The Daya Bay Reactor Neutrino Experiment celebrated groundbreaking at the Daya Bay Nuclear Facility, Shenzhen, Guangdong. Some members of the Daya Bay Collaboration and govenment officials attended the ceremony.
